  February 2^nd 2009     Pegasus GSI announces the addition of Neil Parkin to their consulting and solutions team.

              An innovative executive with a proven track record of providing unique solutions to multi-faceted global business and business legislative problems across many market areas. He has worked in small (under $1M) companies, medium sized (up to $100M) and also as a corporate VP for a multi $B ($50B+) multinational. His management style is Practical, Direct and Decisive. His forte is creating simple and effective solutions which are understood by all, from complex business, or legal compliance, issues. He is rapidly becoming known as the “FACT Act or RED FLAG Guru” and has successes in implementing the extensive requirements in a practical and easy to understand method which minimizes cost to the client and more importantly fits the requirements into the current working practices of the client.

  April 2^nd 2009      Fact Act Compliance put back to August 1^st 2009

  The FTC announces that full compliance to the FACT Act will now be required by August 1^st 2009, this extension was provided after the FTC discovered the Act covered far more industries than just Financial and the requirements for compliance were not well publicized to other than within the financial markets. It is expected that the August 1^st deadline will be firm, although most probably time will be allowed after that for full implementation across organizations. If there is recorded or reported ID theft at a business you can believe no leeway will be given to any business that has not at the very least started to implement the FACT Act requirement BEFORE the reported incident.

  Is your business covered by The FACT Act,???????????????  put simply, If you provide a service or product and allow a payment period after that service or product has been provided, then you probably do. If you collect full payment in advance or at the time of service delivery then you probably don’t. If in doubt call and ask.

  June 21^st 2009 Pegasus GSI announce GREEN LIGHT Lite goes live on the web.

  Following increasing demand from very small business who wish to offset the possibility of falling foul of the FACT Act and becoming non compliant and therefore susceptible to extensive litigation if they have ID theft issues. PGSI has launched a web based documentation only lite version of its award winning GREEN LIGHT program. This allows the very small business to conform to the FACT Act with, tailored to their business, documentation.

  January 11^th 2009     Pegasus GSI launches fully inclusive Villa management package, “Vacation One”

  Specifically aimed at the small (under 100 villas) Property Management companies “Vacation One” offers a realistically priced package that is tailored to each company and allows the individual owner to set and update many of the parameters while under the control of the property management company, thereby reducing the companies overhead on keeping up to date the data on each property. “Vacation One” allows for complete property details to be maintained, images, calendars of bookings, automated billing and fee collection (via credit cards) automated update of calendars when fee clears, and automated emails to the company and owners when bookings have been made, confirmed, and complete. The system, which is totally web based, and thus can be operated from home if required, produces cleaning sheets, and other reports necessary to ensure that each property is up and available for booking at every opportunity, to each vendor by print, email, or fax, as required by the property management company.

• January 1^st 2009 Pegasus GSI produce interactive web site for the 82^nd Airborne Division Association Inc Orlando Chapter.

  PGSI is pleased to announce assisting the 82^nd Airborne Association Orlando with the production of a state of art web site which will promote their Orlando Chapter. The site has been developed to be managed by chapter members with little to no technical assistance required and provides News update members only pages, as well as a forum and online shop and many other things

  This web site format can be tailored to be used by many charitable and veterans organization and due to the extensive programming and development effort is specifically designed to be easy to use and update by non technical membership envisaged. The program therefore allows some of the elder organizations for the first time to have a sophisticated web presence at little cost in either labor or running.
