
FACT Act In-House Training
The option usually chosen by larger organizations to get the program off the ground as quickly as possible. This is usually then augmented by the on-line training for those that could not make the in-house sessions, and for those who join at a later date.
The training should take no more than 2 hours, however a time of two and a half to three should be allowed to enable any participant's questions to be dealt with in an open forum. Dependant upon the feedback and interest from the participants the course may finish earlier.
